Returns and refunds policy

 

Returns

Returns can be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. We must receive your item(s) within 30 days of you receiving your order. You are responsible for the cost of returning your order. To intiate a return, please reply to your order confirmation email. 

Exchanges

You can request an exhange on your order by replying to your order confirmation email. 

Refunds

Refunds will be processed onto your original payment method. 

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the packaging and item(s), showing the damage. We need this in order to initiate a claim. All claims must be received by us within 7 days of you receiving your order. 

Exceptions

Please note that for hygeine reasons, skincare products are ineligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged upon receipt. 

Custom items are not eligible for return.
