Dispatch times
Most orders are dispatched within two working days. Personalised or custom orders may take longer. If you require your order to be delivered for a particular date, please drop us a message and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Delivery methods
Postage
We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for delivery. All items are sent with a signed-for service. In the event of an issue with your item, please contact us as soon as possible and within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that if your item has been damaged during delivery, we require photos of the packaging and item to be sent with your message.
Click and Collect
Free local click and collect is available on many products. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for collection and to arrange a collection time.
**Christmas 2022** free local delivery is available for addresses with a KY12 postcode. Choose local collect and your order will be delivered to you at home.
