These native breed sheep graze on natural grasses and herbs, and are slow grown to develop a mature and complex flavour. The meat is lean, tender, and full of flavour, with a distinctive dark colour and a rich gamey taste that sets it apart from other lamb varieties.

Each cut is vacuum packed for freshness and convenience, and can be kept frozen for up to 12 months.
